In-Store Pickup Only

At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery. All orders — including products, student kits, and training deposits — are collected via in-store pickup from our studio:

How Pickup Works

Place your order online. Complete checkout as normal — no shipping address is required.
We'll confirm when it's ready. We'll get in touch by email or phone once your order is prepared and ready for collection. For training kits, this is generally arranged alongside confirming your training date.
Collect in person. Pop into the studio during our opening hours to collect your order. Please bring your order confirmation (digital is fine) and photo ID if collecting on someone else's behalf.

Uncollected Orders

If you're unable to collect your order within a reasonable timeframe, please let us know so we can arrange an alternative pickup time. Orders left uncollected for an extended period without contact may be subject to review at our discretion.

Training Kits

Student kits for lash training courses are prepared once your training date is confirmed and are generally provided to you in person on the first day of your course, rather than collected separately — we'll confirm the exact arrangement with you directly.
