Is the $500 deposit refundable?
No — the deposit is non-refundable. Once it's paid, we hold that training date exclusively for you, turn away other enquiries for it, and begin preparing your kit and materials. That's what the deposit protects.

Is this the full price of the course?
No. This $500 payment secures your date and is deducted from your total course price — it isn't an extra cost. The remaining balance is confirmed with you directly before training begins.
What if I need to change or reschedule my date?
Get in touch with us as early as possible. Because dates are trained one student (or small pair) at a time, changes depend on availability — reach out and we'll do our best to find a date that works, in line with our one month's notice policy.
How soon will I hear back after paying?
You'll get an order confirmation immediately. Lina personally follows up after that to talk through dates and confirm your booking — this isn't an automated process, so please allow her time to reach out directly.
Do I need any experience before booking?
No previous experience is needed for our beginner pathways. If you already have lashing experience and are booking a technique-specific workshop, the deposit still applies the same way — it simply secures your date.
